Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges shall only be considered in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Any such request must be communicated within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by relevant photographs, proof of purchase, and original packaging details. Upon review and approval by our team, an exchange or replacement may be arranged where applicable.
Products that have been customised, altered, made-to-measure, worn, used, washed, or purchased during promotional or sale periods shall not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, or handcrafted detailing are inherent to artisanal processes and shall not be considered defects.
