Delivery timelines provided on the Website are indicative only and may vary depending on product availability, production timelines, logistics, customs clearance, and circumstances beyond our control.

For international shipments, customers shall be solely responsible for payment of customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges applicable in the destination country.

Returns and exchanges shall only be considered in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any such request must be communicated within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by relevant photographs and proof of purchase.
